Myanmar

In November 2005, I visited one of the recipient countries, Myanmar, as a JCV ambassador for vaccines. I hope you could feel some of the local atmosphere from these photos.

Here, you see stalls everywhere.
Yangon & Bago
Kha Khat Wain Kyaung monastery in Bago. About 200 monks are training themselves.
Travelers can give to the charity as well.

Lunch ― They had their lunch in silence.
Some of the charity food was given to dogs. The dogs here in Myanmar are all gentle and have sorrowful eyes.
There are pagodas (temples) everywhere in the towns and villages, all of which are aureate!
